ONLINE BOOKING ASSISTANCE

  • When tapping the booking link on the Pine Hills website, you will immediately see a list of available tee times for today’s date.
  • After finding your tee time you may be directed to sign up or log in if you have not done so yet.
  • If you’re not signed up, it only takes a moment. We then ask for a mobile phone number to verify your account.
  • When viewing tee times, 18-holes with a cart will be the default display. For tee times without a cart, tap ‘Show No Cart’ and the tee time selected will display the walking rate. To view 9-hole prices, tap on Switch to 9 Holes.
  • After making your choice of tee time, you will be able to invite your golf buddies to the
    reservation, which allows them to pay for their green fees before they even arrive at the course,
    then your buddy’s information will be stored in your account for future reservations.
  • To help us reduce no-shows, we collect a $1.00 deposit per golfer at the time of your online booking, that you’ll be able to reclaim later when you use Golfpay.
  • To reclaim your deposit, it must be done through the Golfpay system, not through the pro shop.
  • Golfpay will send you a link by email and text message up to 90 minutes before your tee time to make the online payment.  When you make your payment through Golfpay, the deposit is credited back to your account for future online bookings.
  • On your second and subsequent Golfpay reservations, Booking Credits earned from the previous pre-paid reservation are automatically applied to the total during checkout.
  • Also during checkout, you might notice pro shop items like gloves, golf balls and range buckets conveniently available to add to your cart.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please log back into your Golfpay account, and go to reservation history.  From there select the reservation you wish to cancel and click cancel to get your deposit back. You must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If we have digitized your punch pass or special price class that doesn’t pay green fees AND cart fees, then no deposit is collected.
  • If you have a special price class that isn’t showing up online for you, then please let us know so we can activate your online account with the appropriate pricing.
  • Lastly, by using Golfpay to book and pay for tee times, it will help keep more tee times open for your next reservation and reduce lines and phone calls into the pro shop, for a better overall golfer experience.
